MY STORY
I have been Blessed with extensive experience over the last two decades.
Put my expertise and attention to detail to work for your dream project.
Early Experience
Working with my hands to create things and helping people have been two characteristics that have always been a part of my life.

Throughout my younger years I was always a tinkerer. I was always taking things apart and seeing how they worked. I would see what I could take apart and put back together often at the dismay of my parents when bicycles, televisions and automobiles were involved.
Straight out of High School I became a part of my hometown Fire Department as a Firefighter and an EMT. During this time I worked for a framing crew building new homes. After that I worked in a cabinet shop making custom cabinetry for Kitchens and Bathrooms.

Among my many hobbies were working on older cars (a necessity that became a pastime) and building model aircraft. I truly relish the outdoors and rejoice in all opportunities to be on an adventure. My favorite places to date are Jamaica and the Gospel-Hump Wilderness in Idaho.

My Niche Found Me
My name is Anthony Caracci, in 1997 I was blessed to meet Michelle, my rock and my Wife of going on 23 years now! I
moved from Waukesha County to Windsor, WI
to start our new life together.

We both were employed locally. I began my nearly 5 year career at Midwest Coca Cola of Madison. I also put my formative training and skills to use in Dane County and became a volunteer member of the Deforest Fire Department and EMS until we moved out of their service area.

Through determination and hard work we were able to move from an apartment, to a duplex to building our first home shortly after we were married in 1999.

It did not matter where I was working or what I was doing. I was always working on projects for friends, family and neighbors when someone needed assistance. Eventually my reputation and skills landed me the beginning of my 2 plus decade career in remodeling and new construction homes.

We have been blessed with 2 fantastic children who continue to impress us with their initiative and skills on a routine basis. Our daughter is a baker at Windsor Breads and our son is an Apprentice Electrician working with Cardinal Heating, Air Conditioning and Electrical.
Remodeling Skills Refinement
Over the past two decades I have had the honor of working alongside some of the most talented Craftsmen and Trusted Trade Partners in their respective specialties. My thirst for learning has never been fulfilled and I learned all I could from everyone around me with something to share.
Collaborating with many different remodeling companies as a part of my work with Remodelers Advantage as a Lead Carpenter and later on as a Production Manager allowed me the blessing of both helping and learning from the best professionals in the industry.

My peers have humbled me with several awards in recognition of their gratitude and appreciation of my expertise. I was blessed to be awarded the Lead Carpenter of the Year at the Remodelers Advantage Summit in 2010. I was the recipient of two Most Valued Professional awards from my Roundtable Colleagues at our biannual conferences throughout the years.
Looking Forward
I have learned a lot of valuable lessons from my experiences over the years, some positive and some far from pleasant. These formative events helped grow my skills in Problem Solving, Customer Service, Remodeling, Project Management, New Home Construction, Production Management, Leadership, and Business Ethics.
These important tools, alongside my unwavering commitment to client satisfaction and transparency, are the foundation of
Integrity-Solutions LLC.
There are two fundamental guiding rules I operate under while working with you on your home.

-
You cannot be in the way in your own home. I will be setting up dust protection, making a mess and a lot of noise, fixing things along with our trusted Trade Partners, then cleaning up and leaving you with your completed project. If I can do anything to make this process easier and more comfortable for you please let me know. It would be my privilege to help!
-
There is no such thing as a silly question. Few things are as stressful and bothersome as unanswered, festering questions. However inconsequential, simple or unusual you may think a question is, please do not hesitate to ask! It would be my pleasure to share my knowledge with others. If I can help ease your concerns in any way through sharing my knowledge it would be my honor to do so.
